How political lobbying works…
Anna Siedzik’s political agenda
Anna and her political lobby colleagues on the misnamed Hamilton Wenham Human Rights Coalition (HWHRC) are connected to the local religious institutions- Gordon College in Wenham and Gordon Conwell Seminary in Hamilton. The connections include individuals and/or their family members working, attending, volunteering or other involvement with an institution that required signing an anti-LGBTQ pledge. They also refuse to tolerate feminists and atheists. For example, I got called a “racist” because I supported the 2 Select Board members who fought to include women and atheists as marginalized classes worthy of protection in human rights policy. I hope that readers see the irony in this ……
The HWHRC Lobby has a religious agenda. For example, last winter Anna influenced the town manager Joe D. to give Hamilton Covid Test Kits to religious organizations to distribute behind the backs of the Select Board. Another example, is Select Board member Jamie Knudsen pushing to fly a Christian flag on town property. These actions do nothing to help the tax paying citizens of Hamilton cope with day to day town issues such as getting a license for a new business, or how to get Recycling stickers on trash bins etc….
As with any religious based political lobby, the HWHRC wants total control of all actions that will promote their agenda. One of Anna’s strategies has been to highly praise those who obey her demands and excluding town officials and others who do not obey from conversations.
There are thousands and thousands of emails between Anna and Hamilton Town Manager, Joe Domelowicz with topics related to promoting the HWHRC, A POLITICAL LOBBY. Hamilton tax payers should not be funding the time and energy that Joe. D spends with Anna Siedzik listening to her constant lobbying persuasions. Hamilton should not be beholden to political lobbyists and then have the lobbyist hide their lobbying efforts by keeping them secret from town officials who do not obey Anna Siedzik.
Below is an example of the Anna Siedzik exchanging emails on the official Hamilton email server with her selected allies who obey her. She included in the following exchange- Joe Domelowicz, (town manager completely under her influence), Shawn Farrell and Jamie Knudsen Select Board members who follow the faith based agenda and police chief Russ Stevens who naturally wants to present as open minded on social justice issues. Like many folks in Hamilton, he does not realize that the lobby is a power hungry, hate group run by chief evangelical Anna Siedzik who works more than full time to control minds and policy in Hamilton.
Notice who was excluded from the above email exchange concerning the Coalition agenda to present to the Select Board- Rosemary Kennedy and Darcy Dale who could not be persuaded to be cult followers and the one lone Jewish member- Bill Olsen. I notice that Bill is excluded from many of Anna’s emails.
The Political Lobby Agenda
The goals of the lobby are to serve god and Anna’s finances (she earns money for her employer Harborlight Community partners by selling housing units). On the surface creating affordable housing sounds wonderful. However, when you dig deeper, Anna and her boss simply want the rich, “classist” people of Hamilton (whom she seems to hate) to hand over millions, with no guarantees that they are able to even build the housing within costs, without destroying the environment, density and other issues that affect current tax paying residents.
Hamilton government is supposed to serve US, the residents, not Anna Siedzik’s futuristic vision of unfettered development and diversity. These underhanded tactics are not the answer to creating diversity. Social justice must be addressed through state and national policy, perhaps a lump sum of reparations money so that marginalized groups have the money to move into overpriced suburbia like Hamilton and Ipswich.
Regardless, of how to address the housing and racial discrimination crises of the past 400 years….if you don’t agree with Anna Siedzik’s Affordable Housing agenda, then you get called a “racist” as Anna called me…..
Part of the Lobby strategy is to divide the people of Hamilton into THEM vs. US and if you are not with THEM, then you are the enemy. Elected officials who are not considered Coalition allies get removed from the communication loop enabling Anna Siedzik to grow her power and influence….

A balanced Commission?
Anna derides having a “balanced commission” – one that includes feminists, atheists and basically anyone not promoting an extremist, Christian-based agenda that calls people like me “racists” because I question her tactics and power grab.
