1. “Phase 1 of the project (data collection on existing conditions) has been largely finished. Phase II will start back up in roughly a month with a consultant focusing on public engagement, committee facilitation and a collective future vision. Open Committee meetings will be once a month and public engagement events scheduled. A website has been created(www.hamiltonmasterplan.com) which included project materials, report documentation, engagement and other items. An electronic survey form is available to obtain public input.“
