Important dates to remember:
October 13, 2021 – Last day to register to vote in the Democratic Primary
- You must be registered as a Democrat or Unenrolled to select a Democratic Primary Ballot
October 27, 2021 – Last day to apply for a Vote-by-Mail Ballot
Vote by Mail ballot applications can be downloaded from the Town Clerk’s page at www.hamiltonma.gov/government/town-clerk/
Completed applications can be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office by mail, deposited in the drop box in front of Town Hall, or scanned and emailed to townclerk@hamiltonma.gov
November 2, 2021 – Special State Primary
- Candidates who will appear on the ballot in the Democratic Primary will be determined after the certification of nomination papers at the end of September.
- If you plan to Vote By Mail, return your application as soon as possible. Ballots will start to be mailed to you approximately 3 weeks prior to the Primary, around October 13.
- If you are Unenrolled, your application must identify the Ballot Party: Democratic to vote in the Democratic Primary
- Voted ballots must be received by November 2 to be counted
- You may vote in person on November 2 if you have not returned your Vote-By-Mail ballot
November 30, 2021 – Special State Election
- There is no incumbent in this election. Brad Hill IS NOT running.
- Results of the Democratic and Republican Primary on November 2 will determine the candidates on this ballot
